What kind of products do you sell?
We specialize in digital wall art designs high-resolution PDF files that you can instantly download and print at home or through a professional print service. Our artwork covers a wide range of themes such as mythology, nursery, floral, quotes, animals, and more.
We do not sell or ship any physical products.
How do I receive my file after purchase?
Once your payment is complete, you'll receive an email with a download link. This usually arrives within a few minutes. If you don’t see it, be sure to check your spam or junk folder.
How do I use the digital file?
It’s easy!
- Download the PDF file from the link in your email
- Print it at home or send it to your favorite print shop
- Frame or display it however you like it’s yours to use instantly!
Some products include multiple sizes or aspect ratios to fit a variety of frames.
Do you ship physical products?
No, all of our items are digital downloads only. You will not receive anything in the mail.
Can I get a refund?
Due to the instant and non-reversible nature of digital downloads, we have a strict no-refund policy. Please read the product description carefully before purchasing.
If you experience any technical issue or didn’t receive your download, contact us and we’ll make it right.
Can I customize the design?
Some of our files are editable, while others are fixed. Please check the product description to see if customization is included. If you're unsure, feel free to ask us before you buy.
What type of printer or paper should I use?
Our files are high-resolution and optimized for standard 8.5" x 11" printing, but may also be suitable for larger sizes depending on the design.
For best results, we recommend:
- A laser or inkjet printer
- High-quality matte or glossy paper
- Or using a professional print service
I entered the wrong email. What should I do?
No problem! Just email us at clickandprintdesigns@gmail.com with your order number and the correct email address. We’ll resend your file manually.
I didn’t receive my file. What should I do?
- Check your spam/junk folder
- Wait a few minutes, as delivery can sometimes be slightly delayed
- Still no file? Email us at clickandprintdesigns@gmail.com and we’ll make sure you get it
